SARIA to expand presence in Spain through the acquisition of Bioscor

SARIA is pleased to announce that an agreement has been signed to acquire a 100% shareholding in Bioscor, one of Spain’s major rendering groups. The agreement, subject to merger control approval by the Spanish National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC), represents a significant step in SARIA’s long-term growth strategy and expands its activities in one of Europe’s most important livestock and agricultural markets.
 
Founded in 1960, Bioscor has developed into a trusted partner to the Spanish meat and food industries, operating a network of rendering and fat processing facilities across the country. The company processes animal by-products and has built a strong reputation for operational excellence, reliability and customer service.
